Who’s afraid of being fat? Round is a shape too you know!

Whenever I decide to lose a few pounds(which is almost every month), I start cutting down a few favorite gunky foods and then switch to the healthy foods everyone likes to talk about like organics or even the grass they like to call salads.
But here’s a shocker according to new research these so-called healthy foods are not really healthy for you!
Let’s just see what I do on a typical “health food”jag. for example, I started off with a bowl of muesli for breakfast, then snacked on a tuna sandwich at lunch (fish makes you smart and lean), had a helping of non-fat pretzels around fourish (feel peckish when the boss is not around you see) and dinner was a veg pizza with olive oil!

The pretzels had sugar and carbs with no benefits at all in them while the veg pizza was loaded with cheese and hidden oils. All in all I ate more on the days I was “dieting “rather than normal days!!!!! Among other healthy food which get you on the sneak to put on a few pounds are
The point being you have to pay attention to what you eat irrespective of what the blurbs say.
